Crashed on crypto casino, can I get a refund? Support not responding

Been playing on BitDice for about 3 months, usually do well. Last night I deposited 0.5 BTC and was up to 1.7 BTC when suddenly the slot froze during a bonus round. When I refreshed I was down to 0.18 BTC! Support not responding to tickets and Telegram admin just says "wait for support". Has anyone experienced this? Any way to prove what happened and get my coins back? This is most of my savings and I'm freaking out

@madnomad i know... but was on a hot streak and kept reinvesting wins. had turned 0.1 into 0.5 over past month so felt confident. biggest mistake of my life

bitdice has rep for this exact thing. search reddit - loads of similar stories. they blame "connection issues" and never refund

check their terms of service - most crypto casinos have clause about "technical issues" that basically says they can void any win for any reason. house always wins in crypto gambling

update support finally replied. they're "investigating the server logs" but need 7-10 business days. also asking for screenshot of my balance before crash which I DONT HAVE. this feels like they're setting up to deny everything

hate to say it but this happens all the time on unregulated casinos. they operate from places with zero oversight. not victim blaming but important lesson - only gamble what you can afford to lose completely

I actually worked support for a crypto casino. heres the truth: they CAN see exactly what happened but most have policy to deny all crash claims unless player is whale or influencer. sorry man
