Is it possible to mine BTC from your smartphone?

I've heard that there are many obstacles for mining from smartphone, like it drains your battery fast, uses a lot of energy etc. Some say it won't earn any rewards because the phone isn't powerful enough. It can also damage device and cause other problems. Are there any successful BTC miners with smartphone here?

Think about it - real BTC miners use massive ASIC farms with industrial cooling. Your phone can barely run Chrome without heating up. Those "mining progress" bars are just fancy animations

"reviews looking legit" = first sign of a scam in 2025 mate. Those apps just:
1. Show fake numbers going up
2. Make you watch tons of ads
3. Ask for "fees" to withdraw
4. Steal your data/crypto

Switch off the apps, delete them, change any passwords you used. Check your wallet permissions too if you connected any
