What is the best USDT coin wallet?

Hi guys, I'm looking for advice on a crypto wallet for USDT. Can you recommend something? I'm definitely more into cold wallets, but I don't know much about them, so I'll probably have to go with a client wallet. What types are there anyway? Which one would be the best to install?

Also, I’d rather not use an exchange wallet. To be honest, I’m afraid they might pull a scam, as has happened more than once before.

ledger or trezor only real options for cold storage. metamask for hot wallet but NEVER store seed online
